Can't Seem To Launch Mod Through Spark Launcher

I have my mod selected and double click NS2 as shown below, but it doesn't launch the mod.
I thought it was something wrong in my Lua scripts, but if I start debugging in Decoda it uses my scripts over the stock ones.
Is this intended, bugged, or user error?
