It comes out on September 10th, but you get a discount for pre-purchasing it.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
This looks interesting, gotta try the demo!

Kinda Sim Store, but running a loot store in a JRPG world, except you can also adventure to find stuff as well.
Dunno. I don't have monies so people will have to plead with me to get any game.
Oh dear Harvest Moon style.
Also, important tricks:
killing monsters of one type without killing any of another type increases chain combo, which increases xp and possibly drop rates
selling stuff at okay prices so customers don't feel the need to haggle, like 120-125%, is a great way to raise xp faster in the beginning ,as you get JUST COMBO bonuses (also sales = profits)
I mean things you can do keep slowly unlocking as you progress.
Wait, why can you play it?
It says: Release is 9/10 on steam (at least for me) :(
It's pretty cool actualy. The graphic looks like you could play that on a PSP without probs, but the gameplay is really fun.
The dungeon parts are actually really tough. You should always pack apples, oranges or walnut bread as you HP gets eaten really fast. Remember that you can only take 1 item with you, if you die, but 20 if you survive. So the cost of 3-5 HP items is well worth it.
You should also run the first dungeon a couple of times, before moving on. It's also a good idea to pile up a wide variety of items, so don't just put everything you have in your inv on the displays and think you're fine. Have some stuff in the back as they say.
Also, try not to sell the good weapons right away. Your adventure buddies will come in and ask for weapons, this is the chance to sell the good stuff to them, so you don't have to provide the good arms and armor to them in the field.
Demo.
One more thing: Age makes a difference. The little girls won't have much money, so only sell them cheap stuff and only for around 115%-120%. The older they get, the more you can ask. The old guys take stuff for as much as 140%.
So many freaking (ridiculously slow paced) cutscenes.

Thats true. You can skip all of them tho. So once you understand everything this goes real fast.
the various types of customers have different budgets, little girls and adventurers are poor as hell (randomly varies each game)
you can't sell fancy expensive stuff if your store is too plain, buy wallpapers and such at the Market when you're at a high enough level
Then again, 'loaning' your warrior a sword and helmet seems to lead him to come in and request a weapon the next day, and he'll take the highest-end sword you've got.. usually at right around 120% for a tidy profit. Especially if you found it in the dungeon.
Think I'll be picking up a copy, once I make it to the end of the demo, instead of restarting constantly to try out different ways to make money most effectively.
Pretty easy to save-scum, and I feel guilty doing it, but I hate when I don't spend a time block to its fullest potential...
I like how I buy all sorts of crap from the merchants' guild and then the guildmaster comes into my store and buys his crap back at inflated prices.
I might buy the full game, not sure yet, played the demo four times, won 2 of them, XD.
I hate those little girls though... they wont even buy for 120%... And they almost always go for the cheapest item in the store.
*aneurysm*
Fortunately, we westerners are getting a different opening.
As a general strategie I put all the "good" stuff out, so things that go for 1000+ and keep all the "crap" behind the counter. So if someone comes in and asks for something, you can still sell it to them.
Also, the percentage doesn't mean anything. Little girls only have so much money to spend. If you try to sell them a 2000 gold item for 100%, they won't buy it. But if you sell them a 200 gold item for 130% they probably will.
this game is evil, :< it has the menu layout that reminds me of tetramaster online... which i may have to resubscribe too now :'(
Of course, some people have pretty much beaten it already.

EDIT: Now it's out.
I think you get 10 basic XP per sale. And an additional 5 if they take your first offer. There are also boni for combo sales.
E.g. if you sell twice in a row with the first offer being accepted you get 15 and 17 XP.
10 for any sale
+15 for selling at about the price they wanted (NearPin)
+30 for selling at (almost?) exactly the price they wanted (Just Bonus)
+2,4,8...128 for selling instantly, without haggling (Just Combo, don't confuse with the above)
So as you can see, Tear gives really bad advice when she says to haggle for a high price. The money isn't worth it, and on top of the XP you improve relationships with your customers if you manage to get NearPin or Just Bonus - eventually you'll see a <3 when you sell to someone at a good price, which means their relationship level has gone up and they will be able to buy more expensive things from you.
You can also sell stuff with +modifiers to improve relationship level.
How expensive stuff customers are willing to buy is also affected by the store atmosphere (ask Tear), which you can change with wallpapers and stuff, which in turn you can only do at a high enough level...
