I have tested this map about 23 minutes.. and need to say something.. try to do some tunnels for aliens <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Also need to get better flood.. because it was look like someone was wash it before fighting <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

We will play this map hour or two.. I wish.. this isnt too bad comments..

    Shure, im already adding vents.... only problem, your server is full.. i cannot connect... need more feedback

    edit: now you changed map and there is a password on the server.. i will never know if my map is good or not.

    okay after the test, we had a lot of fun, the major faults were (imho)


    <b>1.</b> too boxy - everything seemed like a box...it's kinda hard 2 explain.. but all the rooms looked li[bke boxes..perhaps because of point #2
    <b>2.</b> too Open and not enough "stuff" - nothing in the way...ever it was just straight hallways, empty rooms...
    <b>3.</b> Lighting - it wasn't realistic..it was the same everywhere...and it didn't seem like it came from the light sources...but instead from ALL over the map the exact same, if you get what i mean.
    <b>4.</b> Nodes uneven - The double node is the FIRST node for the marines, which gives them an advantage..it should be the very center one and should be the one most faught over.
    <b>5.</b> Minimap/hives - Obvious...for obvious reasons but you didn't have the names or a minimap <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Necro, you are absolutely right. I will see what i can do... that with the nodes is normal, i did the map with the NSTR, that whas the first game with NS.
    Yea, it looks boxy because i have many open spaces... but its hard to add something that fits... also because of the r_speeds.
    Lightning... yes... true... there is just one problem.. i realy dont understand the light_spot, we will see if i understand it.. would be cool

    and ou yes, i will add more vents and more things to hide.

    And a big thanks to everyone that helped me to test the map

    PS: that with the minimap and the locations has the same reason than that with the nodes.... next release

    yea..sounds would add, talk 2 pb about lighting, hes a guru at it!
