A slight question about Constellation

<div class="IPBDescription">Please help</div>I don't know if this is the correct thread to post this in or not so here it goes.
I have having issues with my constellation icon showing up. I have my steam ID in my profile and I recently donated to them. I have emailed them at the community@unknownworlds.com and got something back saying they are only using that email for newsletters, same with the constellation email.
I wanna know how i can get my icon active.
please help
