A slight question about Constellation

<div class="IPBDescription">Please help</div>Yesterday I signed up to constellation by donating after i clicked the link for it. Now, I heard from 1 or 2 people that constellation was closed. I just wanna know if that's true or not.
Also if its still going, how long does it take till the icon shows up in game?
