Missing props

Props don't show in engine
To make this simple here is a screen shot of what i built in the editor.

Now i test it out in the engine and props are missing like this.....

So i thought the props where maybe having troubles because of protruding into a surface so i moved them away from the walls and floors a tad but still get the same result.
This happened with a few lights early on so i deleted them and put them back in, same positions but it seemed to fix them. And is there a filter to show lighting colors and shodows without running the engine?

in the perspective view you choose texture lit that will show you the lighting in the map editor ;)
Some reason i didn't even look at lighting in that view. Thanks for pointing that out, saves allot of time.
BTW: the prop problem must be a bug as i deleted and rebuilt the scene so all is good now. i am thinking it's because i scaled the lockers a bit but rectified by scaling the wall instead. (learning curve)
I have a lit option in viewer but it doesn't load levels.
if you don't have this text menu when clicking on the name that surely because of the version but i don't know much :s

The latest build is build 150. 151 is scheduled for early next week. You have to activate Natural Selection 2 on steam to get them, but I highly recommend that you do.

The viewport menu is opened by left clicking on the text in the upper left corner of the viewport.

Top, Front, Side, Perspective - These will change the selected viewport to one of the three orthographic views (Top, Front, Side) or 3D camera view (Perspective).

Wireframe, Textured Lit, Textured Unlit - These will change the render mode of the selected viewport.

Show Edges, Show Triangulation - Selecting these will display edges or triangles on world geometry.

Click the word 'Perspective'.
Find NS2 in your steam games library, right click and select 'Run Launch Pad...'. The launch pad will give you access to the latest tools. These can also be found in the NS2 steam directory if you want to make shortcuts etc.
Maybe the update next week with fix it or i'm gonna have some words for santa!

(delete the files and you do then check the cache or directly uninstall the game :) )
hoping that this resolves the problem :)
Now all we need is a "test in engine" button in the editor to test in the game engine without launching a listen server.
