i think this game is currently unavailable. please try again at another time says enough for itself ..

i have a amd x2 250 with gigbyte mobo and ati 4200 onboard video

connection is telenet.be (belgium cable provider)

tried deleting and reinstalling, even logged off .. nothing works ..

    Mata, tho none else cared to ansuwer since you haven´t been very polite, i have installed NS2 Alpha in a ASUS 1201T Netbook. similar specs as you have.

    Single core MV-40 1.6 Ghz and onboard ATI 4200, 2 GB ram. Windows 7 Starter 32Bits. And i did managed to run the Alpha, Join a Game and chat with the others there, framerate was slow to a craw but other than that ran just fine.

    And make sure you insert both the Blackarmour and the SE keys into steam, to be able to run the alpha.

    Hope this info helps someone.

    Is this an error message that Steam is giving you? Are you able to launch other games on Steam?

    Try restarting steam or you computer when that happens. Or just wait a bit.

    i had the same problem so i did a right click on the game, selected "Properties" and activated the "Updates" tab. there i found out that somehow "Automatic updates" was set to "Do not automatically update this game". i don't remember to have ever changed this.
    anyway, i changed it to "Always keep this game up to date" and it immediately started downloading an update. after the download was finished i was able to start the game.
