usually normal people never see the alpha, most devs never release it the public in any way. This release is a way for UWE to quickly find major problems, like not being able to connect to servers. They even said in one of their tweets that they hadn't seen this before, and when i did a private passworded server with me and my friend we were playing around killing each other. Give it time jesus.

Wrong. You paid for a full game when it is released. Whether you gain access to an alpha or beta or whatever is completely irrelevant. That bit is just as I said, nothing more than a privilege.

Alot of people are unable to play at the moment. I can't create a game or join a game that doesn't crash within 30 seconds. This is part of the alpha process. We have found a problem, that apparently they were unaware of. They will fix it, and we will move foward. You're a fool if you thought you were paying 20 dollars to play the finished game before everyone else. It's comparable to creating a thread on the forums and whining that the developers haven't given you enough "eternal gratitude," and that you paid 20 dollars for it. You paid to support the team to finish the game, this is what you get, be grateful and help playtest, even by describing the problems you are having now. Once they fix those they can move on to fix gameplay. If you expected something more like a beta test, you should probably see about getting your refund.
I'm not a fanboy - look at my post count. I never got into the first NS game much.

Having everyone bugtest helps make the game more playable.
The devs have decided to GIVE YOU EARLY ACCESS. They are GIVING YOU SOMETHING. They could have not given you this. They could have waited until the netcode and latency and framerate were all fixed and perfect. Instead they are letting you in earlier to bugtest and help fix the problems you don't like. Why you are whining about getting access earlier than expected, I have no clue. How the warnings of unplayability both explicit and implicit escaped your senses, I have no idea.
Perhaps you just didn't know what "Alpha" meant when you paid your $20 extra for it. If that's the case, I'm truly sorry and I hope you do more research next time so you don't get disappointed. Unfortunately nothing can be done now.
