A question about create server

If I use the server name in Chinese, the other players can see the full server name, not garbled?

(PS: I can not find server.xml, to create one?)

    use -name "Servername" in the command line to start the dedicated server.

    Once the server has run once you can then edit %appdata%\roaming\natural selection 2 or %appdata%\natural selection 2 server.xml file. It will only be created after running and stopping your first dedicated
