massive grafic errors, also massive lags for machine

well, since i cant really discribe it, here's a picture:

i really dont know what could be causing this. my first thought was that maybe physx was behind it. so i downloaded and updated my physx files.
no result so far.
deleting and reinstalling the game didnt help either.

also i dont know why the game is starting windowed, is it doing that for anyone else?

well, i hope someone knows what to do.
