<div class="IPBDescription">Kill two Onos with One Clip</div> I posted a topic on the Kharaa Strategy forum called "Ono Killed With 41 Bullets?" that you guys may want to check out. I am mentioning it here because it seems more "Anti-Ono Stategy" than "Kharaa Stategy"
Anyway, after correcting my math, we eventually resulted in 39 bullets to kill a Carapaced Ono, 30 if you upgrade your weapons.
Acidhamster was nice enough to jump on a server with a friend and get some test data, here is a direct quote:

It took about 50 rounds of firing to kill a base Onos with a HMG. We were extremely surprised about this one.
It took about 8 full body shots (from 2 feet away) of a shot gun to kill a base onos. WTF! right? I was really surprised.

i always only get lvl one for each... and then i can't upgrade again.. how do i make it so i can upgrade again?? im really new to aliens.. sorta confused...

This confused me a little at first too. You only ever need to buy one upgrade of each time (until you die) what lvl that upgrade is at depends on the number of towers of that type your team has at that moment.
