Of course there will. It's just a matter of it coming later on down in the alpha, or having to wait for beta.

I'd imagine we're still in-line for a formal "reveal" before the Fade is added in-game.

Fade was one of the most popular aliens among the "talented" (not saying I am of course ;) ) players in NS1...

I can't imagine his removal.

I suspect we're gonna see a heavy redesign of the Fade. I'm sure he'll keep his claws, but I think his body and his legs are going to change from the typical biped to something more wild.

Well, in the Gorge reveal trailer, you saw the silhouette of a Fade right before the light smacks the Gorge on the head. Seems to be retaining its biped appearance.

Could you link to that vid please? All I can find is the animation trailer.

The Fade is definitely going to be in eventually. I've heard the devs speak of how awesome the new fade blink will be. It won't be just hyperspeed like in NS1 anymore.

Its the smoke puff from the old NS versions.
