Not allowed into Alpha

I payed the $40 a couple minutes before the alpha was going live and it says I cant play the alpha now that its live. Please help me fix this.

I've got the same problem.. The e-mail even said that I got the special edition, and I got an alpha key, yet the launch pad keeps saying that I can't play Alpha currently.
