Hi guys :)

i think there should be a Steam ID thread so we can all be friends, i didnt see any so here it goes.
Is this redundant because of the steam community?.. not sure xD there are more than 2k people there... im not gonna go trough that list and add'em

Anyone interested in sharing his/her id can do it so trough the forum :)

    You can just change your id to whatever you like: community > edit my profile > custom url

    Now ppl will be able to find you by entering <a href="http://steamcommunity.com/id/<<your" target="_blank">http://steamcommunity.com/id/<<your</a> id here>>

    Yep, that is true, but your official account id is still locked to your email.

    Thats no problem, just give ppl that url and they will be able to find and add you as a friend - works outside of steam as well with any browser as long as you are logged in...

    But true, it sucks that you cant change your actual account name.... Especially if your email contains your real name :/

    So adding through the friends list directly wont work...
