Movement Chamber Q

Quick question about movement chambers after playing with them on several of the maps. After building a movement chamber in each hive I found on several occassions that I was unable to portal through to the third, most distant hive. I'm not sure if this is due to some limitation on the movement chamber range or if there's some requirements I'm not fulfilling when I build them. In particular the map with the Feedwater Hive was particularly bothersome since the hives are so spread out and no matter how I tried I couldn't raise a working movement chamber to connect it to the rest of the alien network. Any help is appreciated.

M Chambers teleport you to the farest active hive. (Does not teleport you to growing/dead hives)

Sometimes even with 3 hives active it does not teleport you to one cause its not the farest away. Its mostly a map's problem not the mod's.

With a little good placement around the middle hive (chambers on opposite ends of the hive room, or just outside each end) you can make a teleport system which can reach all of the hives.

However, it's impossible to put a movement chamber from one of the outer two hives to the middle hive - they will lead to each other instead. It's a minimal problem, however; if you're in the middle of the map, the middle hive is theoretically the closest, anyway.
