In the world of Natural Selection 2, Fall 2009 does not exist. It's kinda like the 31st of February.

Fall 2009 was going to be the release date because they were out of money... and that usually means no more new assets to the game. They were basically were going to use what they had an package it up. But with the massive amount of pre-orders that flew in, they decided to not cut anything out of the game (i.e., exoskeleton, Dynamic Infestation, ect) and keep developing..

but really I'm not worried about <i>when</i> it's going to be released, i'm more concerned <i>what's</i> going to be released... I rather have something made right than something made that's been rushed.

Anyway ontopic. Like has been said there isn't a release date. I think Italianmagic said most of what can be said about it :)
