Bug tracker issues (alternatives? put the squeeze on getsatisfaction?)

Right now getsatisfaction.com's forward-facing server (an enterprise-class multi-tier horizontally scalable reverse-proxy load balancer) is reporting time-outs from whatever it's serving pages from. It's been pretty slow throughout the past week, too. They really need to work out their server-side issues, because it is a real pain to surf reports or even create new ones right now. I have e-mailed one of their dev guys since the site can't even be used to report problems at the moment.
I was wondering if there's any plans to move to a more formal system like trac. I realize getsatisfaction.com is pretty user-friendly, but if you could grab a spare code monkey to integrate NS forum logins with a system like that, it seems it'd be better over the long run.

The real kicker is that most casual players don't know how to get a real bugtracker to work (heck, most don't know how IRC works). So, GetSatisfaction was a nice placeholder. I'm guessing this is just a community portal and NOT what their real bugtracker is.
I even put together a testbed database for his team to access online, but he preferred to have everything locally.

I'd say we're pretty solid though. If there are any issues, I'm sure they'll look into other resources.
Unless you came across some really painful apps, trackers such as DevTrack or Bugzilla are pretty straightforward.
If you can use the form to register on this forum then you can use them.
The hardest parts are to identify the problem's category and to establish clear, easy to follow reproduction steps.
