I watched the Street Fighter movie the other night, it reminded me of how bad these games really are. The movie was horrible, but not as horrible as the games.

There exist numerous sf movies, you have to be more specific

The one with actual famous people in it, such as Raul Julia, Kylie Minogue, Jean Claude Van Damme, Michael Chupa(sp?) etc.

/edit Oh and it has the hot Asian woman from SG-U in it too, forget her name.

C'mon Thal. If you're gonna troll at least don't be so obvious about it. As if you're going to convince anyone you think anything could be worse than that movie :p

You've seen this, right?

That kind of has nothing to do with Street Fighter, right?

Is Dan still awesome?

She's one giant ball of punishable and has no tools to break a turtler.

I don't mind comboing up and I especially don't mind tricks, in fact I love them :3 I play Nu-13 and Rachel in Blazblue and my friends often lament the sky juggling combos I pull off with Nu (Not sure if I'll main lambda or mu-12 in Blazblue: Continuum Shift but I'm looking forward to it either way :3 ).

Gem, why are we not playing SFIV on PS3? Or Blazblue? Considering I have both, this is a crime. I main Hakumen in BB, mostly because I like the idea of a 3-4 hit combo doing 50% of peoples health. That, and I'm a sucker for any character with Parries. Here in Manchester, we had a 70 player SFIV tournament last Saturday, but it's likely to be the last one before SSFIV.

On a side topic, I finished my Hakumen themed stick!

Madcatz PS3 TE Base
XBLA Retro Arcade Stick PCB for dual mod
Etched Plexiglass top (Shockwave logo, and button labels etched)
Sanwa stick, buttons & meshball top
Art design by me. (Hakumen emblem in the background, Blazblue Type B button layout, Kanji for Yukikaze present in the lower left)

Ooh! Nice stick shocksy :3

As for not playing? I don't really enjoy SFIV that much despite going to tournaments for it and stuff and I've got it on 360, not PS3 :p

Blazblue? Hmmm... I guess. I'll need to get some time in with it again; my fighting friends here are all SFIV, SFIV, SFIV so I've not had an excuse to get it out in ages which is sad considering I prefer it to SFIV :3
I'm sure you can guess my PSN name ;D

Update for Abra: looks like I was wrong about there being no Blazblue for PC. Supposedly a french company is releasing it sometime this year. Not sure if they plan to release the PC port outside of france yet, however.

A lot of Blazblue discussion is rather up in the air, after the second Blazblue game (Blazblue: Continuum Shift) was leaked onto the Internet as a straight rip of the arcade cab which actually executed perfectly in a Windows environment. A lot of people are therefore holding on to see whether they'll release Calamity Trigger, or just move straight on to Continuum Shift.

Gem - Presuming the PSN isn't still mid-meltdown, I'll try adding you later.

Full Sanwa, not optical (And miss out on clickyness? Never!) Square gate, because octagonal feels horrible.
