I can't see forum posts?

When I click say on the NS General Discussion forum it says it has "15,973" topics. So I click on it again so I can see some of them and I only see 11. 5 Of those being Important / sticky topics. How do I get all the other topics to show up? I see 6 but 6 is not 15K +. Are they just deleted because they are older?
