After the third hive goes up i think lerks should have something like spikes, from the older version of ns, that they can shoot and if a marine gets hit with too many his head explodes. I think the attack should use a lot of energy though so it cant be over used. idk, what do you guys think?

    Ya because of structure damage, but if you remove that I think lerk spikes would still be a good attack.

    I'd see it more like a precise ranged weapon for the aliens (as they don't have many powerful ranged weapons). Firing rate should be much less rapid than in NS1 though, but higher damage.. think of a sniper.. I think it'd be nice.
