Maybe introduce a third race?

What if there was a third race that is smarter than the aliens? Maybe have the third race be like some sort of cyborg or robot species? Perhaps allow them to somehow join in and engage in the battle. That may put more variation in maps. Marines fighting Aliens would be different than Marines fighting 3rd Race. And what if there is a huge map where up to 200 players can play and there are many bases. Marines fighting other Marine teams, alliances between Marines and Aliens and etc. Imagine NS2 World War!

    The problem with that is knowone would want to be a marine. Hmm... furries vs nasty aliens that deserve the flamethrower... not a bad concept for a game. Kinda like StarFox.

    ... it could be Nightelves and we rename the Kharaa to Undead and the TSA to Humans and let's just add another race we would call the orcs ... :P

    No seriously it would be a pain in the ass to add another race (balance and programming wise) and it would neither make sense nor would it improve the game imho.
