NS Freezes when I close it

Every time I close NS it becomes unresponsive and I can't do anything unless I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Afterwords I can only get it to finish closing by ending the process through the task manager. Here are my system specs:

Windows Vista x64-bit

AMD Athlon™ II X2 240 Processor (Dual Core), ~2.8GHz

ATI Radeon HD 4850

DDR3 Memory

    Yea, it happens to me too. (XP, older system, blah blah). Not every time but enough to be anoying. Typing <b>quit</b> <i>in console </i>has a better success rate.
