Of the top of my mind the most important would be in no particular order:

    1. Vertices welding/merging within a user specified radius.

    2. Edge extrustion

    3. Mirroring models/geometry along any specified world axis.

    4. Transform type-in floater. Depending on your selection and the tool you're using the transform type-in would display different options. For example the size tool, you select your model and the transform type-in displays 4 type-in fields. One for general size eg. 100% on all axises for ease of enlarging or decreasing the size of your model. And 3 other fields for the individual axies, so you type in the general size or the 3 axis fields, hit enter and you get yourself a double sized model. This would be even more useful with level geometry. Select a number of faces or a whole room and rezise it on any axis or all of them. Same with rotation you can specify a relative angle on any axis. And move tool to move a whole room a set amount of inches etc.

    5. Three toggable gui buttons for selection mode of only vertices, edges or faces or a combination of any of them.
