Spark suggestions: 2D Pan movement and Zooming on Target

(1) Pan Movement
In the 2D views, it seems the Pan function (right-click and WASD) always moves as the same 'speed' regardless of zoom level. This means that when zoomed out to see a whole room, the pan moves very slowly. When zoomed in to work on detail stuff, the pan flies around almost uncontrollably.
Adding a few different levels of panning speed based on zoom level would really help.
(2) Zooming on Target
A great function in Hammer is the ability to zoom out from your current section of the map, see another area you want to work on / go to, put the cursor over it, and zoom directly into it. That is, the Zoom function is not anchored to the middle of the view, but rather the location of the mouse. It also works when zooming out, so you can put your cursor in the top left of the view (anchoring the zoom there), so you zoom out to the bottom right.

Yes this would be nice. The editor just feels stiff without it.
