Tooltips Bug(?) with the Editor

<div class="IPBDescription">Extreme lag</div>Hey! When I am running the editor, if a tooltip appears when I hover over a tool, the engine lags to a crawl, until the tooltip slowly fades away. Am I the only one with this issue?

Specs:
Windows XP Professional
AMD Phenon 9550 2.20 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 5750


BTW... this editor is something I thought I would only see in my dreams...
