Quick question for the devs AND for the NS2 community

First off, I mainly wanted to aim this question at Cory since he IS the artist. I went back and looked at the MASC, and noticed on the model there are headlights on it. Or atleast I believe those are headlights. I wanted to confirm whether or not if this were true. On the front of it where theres a white stripe that goes around it on either side, that's where I'm noticing this. Now I wanted to ask, will we see lights emmitting from those?
Now I wanted to ask the community as well, would you like to have the MASCs emmit lights in dark areas if the power grid were to be down in a specific room but were still accompanied by the MASC. Or do you think the MASC will be affected by the power grid as well, making it out of commision, being unable to move around etc.?
I for one would like to have the MASC emmitting light, so atleast it still gives some hope for the marines to survive for a little while longer unless they get the resource tower back up in time and save their arses.
What do you think?

Keep in mind, Marine soldiers will most likely be equipped with flashlights, but imagine if the MASC produces much, much more light, like say can cover an entire wall, while marine flashlights, cover barely anything.
I would really assume powered down rooms, will be really dark, to give that advantage to the Aliens.
The advantage would be Aliens would have the darkness of a room on their side, since Aliens SHOULD have an easier time seeing in the dark while Marines would most likely have a tougher time seeing in the dark.
I'm just saying that I can't tell how anything will turn out to be in NS2.
Yes, we'd like them to shine light from them. It especially looks cool with the volumetric lights.
I don't believe, however, that the grid power down is going to effect the lighting to that extreme, where everyone needs to have flashlights (or MASC headlights) to see what they are doing.

Thanks Cory! Much appreciated.
Definately. Should be very atmospheric especially with a loud roaring engine coming from the MASC, headlights on in the dark, and everyone on the Marine team trying to defend themselves from leaping Skulks, blinking Fades, and sporing Lerks from every direction. While an Onos will just bust in from a door behind, stomp all the marines, and kill em all. Meanwhile a Gorge is probably sitting in the hive room, having belly sliding races with his buddies....ftw.

Not to mention it is incredibly complex and time consuming to implement something so trivial :p
How would it be complex? They've already implemented the feature of the lights shutting off if the power grid goes down in a certain part of map. It isn't that much more difficult to make a room incredibly dark giving the Aliens a huge advantage. But whatever the devs plan on doing, I trust em.
