Anyone savvy with making IRC bots?

<div class="IPBDescription">Those v's look like a w</div>In another channel, on another network, there is a bot "Dillchips" who will respond to a command ".title" and say the name of the most recently linked page.
So say I link <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqY9mDOw-UI" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqY9mDOw-UI</a> , if I then say ".title" the bot would say "YouTube - Aquaria Trailer".

Could someone replicate this effect? ari, add to MadOnos pretty please?

    It wouldn't be difficult to do. I have a bot I wrote in python and it would probably be easy to add that kind of command to it. I `think` ari's bot is made up of various perl scripts running in irssi but I may be wrong.
