I've only heard "Now, we dawnce" when the third hive has been built. But not always. It's quite rare.
I've also heard "We need better players!" and "This place is a mess". I THINK I've heard "I see dead people", but I have no clue what triggered it, if something did.
I wish the marines would have eastereggs like that. You know, like small conversations. Talking about weapon prototypes, your wife at home, this place gives me the creeps etc.
"Now, we donce" is triggered after you get 3 hives after a long battle for them i believe.
"We need better players" is triggered after most of your team dies at once.
"This place is a mess" is after the majority of your teams goes gorge.

If I had to say, I would suggest that "Now, we donce" comes from the Saturday Night Live sketch with Dieter (Michael Meyers) where he says, "Now, it is the time on our show where we donce," then everyone gets up and starts dancing all German-Style to cheezy techno. It rules.
Actually, the line from Sprockets (Mike Meyers as "Dieter") is "This is the time on Sprockets when we dance," pronounced "Zis is ze time on Shprockets ven ve donce." A real classic.... I have some Kazaa-ing to do....
