2problems (1. account, 2. server)

Alright....firstly my account that has been registered since 03' "mysticssjgoku4" is unable to do anything. I can login, view topics, but I can't create new topics/replies, can't edit avatar, doesnt say I'm banned, and even if I was.... what for?

LOL, well I think a 6 year "temp suspension" is sufficient, anyone care to lift the suspension?

Secondly, I'm trying to get HLDS to run NS, I added the steam_appid.txt with the value 70 inside the file, now my NS window just crashes without an error after "adding master servers".
Any clues?
Using XP sp3, hlds fully updated,
command line: Y:\half-life\hlds.exe -console -maxplayrts 21 -game ns
(map is specified in srv config)

Update:
I was able to catch a screenshot before it crashed the windows with some error data.
It says:

Update #2:
I narrowed it down to when I was putting the command "map ns_veil" inside the server.cfg file. Once I removed it and added +map ns_veil into the command line for startup, my server works fine. Possibly a bug?
