Server specific client settings

The title explains most of it. The idea is basically similar as the lifeform specific config, except that this time the configs are server specific. At simplest it could be a feature that allows users to decide configs that get executed while joining their favourite servers.

For example a player can use lower graphics/network settings on a 32 player server, while he can still keep his game optimized for 12 players too. It's also nice to have ingame voice chat unbound if you're playing a 6 player team in ventrilo, but then again you can have it bound back while joining a casual game. Such system could probably help while switching between customized and vanilla NS servers too.

    I think the idea is in the right direction but the implementation doesn't need to be server specific. Just allowing players to set some specified number of configs with some simple gui would be enough. You could have a comm config, fade config, bad ping config, lan config etc.
