Teleport Suit:
You get 2 blinks like a fade. Then your suit recharges like a jp Fuel. You could run away by doing 2 teleports away, or get to a vent by blink crouching.

Grappling Suit:
You can do the +hook command.

why do you need a grappling suit if you already have a jetpack. seems useless.

see here for well discussed phase suit idea

also grapple suit could be a level 1 path to a jetpack - it lets you reach high places, but not terrible quickley, where as jetpack is for dodging and such
I like your Phase suit too, but it needs to weaken the Marine for fairness.

Yes marines should only have 1 weapon. A knife.
Seriously why is the answer to balancing always to weaken the marine team into a bunch of random homeless people. Why not strengthen the aliens... make the game more dynamic so their are many options in facing the strengths of the enemy. Not the stupid-easy route of "lets take the HMGs damage and divide by 4".

How about you try playing with a mouse?
I've been playing as a alien recently. Turns out a mouse is even less of a requirement... most of the time your just heal spraying or walking with the left mouse button down (skulk) or building with the E key... it really is a breeze. And wow aliens won 5 games in a row... perhaps aliens is a bit overpowered in NS1... i mean here i am without a mouse dropping hives left and right and getting skulk kills lol.
The phase suit needs a sort of weakness, the one presented, random dispersal, sounds nice, *imagines marine spawning outside station and dieing* mmmm, tasty, but only a dream... xD
though yes that is a minor con, a slightly bigger one might be needed, delay of jump, leaving the marine out of the map for 3-6 seconds, leaving the base vulnerable, not even beacon can bring them back till they reappear. SOMETHING, Think people think!
You know, the funny thing is, it takes more than your (not so awesome) gorgeskills to win an alien game. Maybe you should try fading? Or actually being a good skulk?
I guess you must be the worst marine ever. Your level of fail is probably related to the fact that each marine has a more evenspread responsibility for the game than the aliens (where a few gorges will breeze around like you just pointed out you yourself did, one or two skulks will resbite, and the rest of the team will be hunting and stopping marine advances). So rather than suggesting that the marines are underpowered when they're everything but and everyone knows this you should try getting good at the game. Trying to play with a mouse would be a good step on the way.
