Teaser gun and healing

<div class="IPBDescription">Recommendation</div>I have 2 ideas and as a veteran player, playing the game since it's beta I believe these ideas can be realy helpful for game balance and keep the fun element in game withouh frustration;
1. Idea is about healing, I and most of the people I play with never liked the med spam idea for marines it isn't logical and frustrating for aliens (same like Onos stomp attack for marines, you can't escape it even if you jump) so for marine healing, logical and more balaced idea would be commander relasing a nano healing cloud to an Uncontaminated* area and it will have cool down time to stop spamming, but on the other hand cloud will heal any marine inside it over time. It won't heal anyone instantly but 1 cloud release can heal a team of marines saving from resources and com can focus on other things. Healing tech can be researched and healing rate, radius and number of clouds to release can be increased also to balance further alien commander should research (or gain) the healing ability for aliens, it should be more effective then NS1 but needs to be researched. (creating medpack and ammo boxes from thin air isn't logical even for sci-fi, teleport maybe but instant is annoying and leads spam)
2. Teaser gun is a nice idea and suits the sci-fi theme of game, I hope it will be upgradable as like welder upgrade will add welder function to Teaser gun there can be other upgrades aswell and maybe if it's possible and would look better Teaser guns can be attached to marine armors and they will be part of their armor.

The taser is an interesting concept but i would want to see it in action before we start slapping on some suggestions.
