Missing UI

<div class="IPBDescription">More than in a gamaramp issue.</div>I have this problem only on my dedicated server, nobody else does, and it's only when I join my own server (Hosted on a different computer than the one I play on). Various UI elements don't show up at all. This goes for the command menu(right click by default), the comm chair minimap, the map overlay(C by default), the comm chair resource ticker, and the squad list.
I'm running Windows Vista x64, although I don't think that'll be the issue as I can see the UI on other servers. I have upwards of 50 AMX addons, whichbot, RCbot, and a few metamod plugins.
The server's IP is 75.15.121.51:27015 If anyone can help me by looking into this, that'd be great, thanks. I'm going to begin trying to solve it by removing/replacing addons I have leftover on my client and on the server.
