I'm addicted to this trailer like it's crack!
I could try and put into proper words the happiness I feel... but.
Words cannot encompass it... all I can say is WATCH!

I never watch trailers for movies that I have even a chance of watching later, if I can help it. All they do is spoil the movie to varying degrees. Depending on how closely you watch a trailer you can spoil some pretty serious stuff.

Wish I still had my copy of Tron 2.0... I'm SURE it's around somewhere. Just moving 4 times since last playing it, nfi where it is...

In this case, the movie is not spoiled at all.

edit: Okay, so maybe you find out the end of one race, but it's not a typical trailer. It doesn't show clips of the whole movie, just one 5 minute chunk which they may have recorded specifically for the trailer.

Such a great game. I've got it around here somewhere too...

I managed to bugger up my save file though... It was saved right before a massive plasma thing hits me... I had to stop playing because there was no way to get around it. Every time it would just load up, i'd die, and it would ask me if I would want to load the most recent save.

Agreed - it's actually a "grid concept trailer"... it may not even make the final movie! (or it could just be the opening sequence) either way, it looks awesome and I wantz more!

    ouch... that's gotta suck!
What also sucks is all support for tron 2.0 has been removed as if it never ever existed. :( Only http://tron-sector.com/ which is a community run site and some killer app mod for the game which is designed around enhancing multiplayer and fixing bugs with as limited access to the source-code as possible. Sad really, as it is an awesome game even for the age of it!

I'm skeptical, of course. A new Tron movie after all these years has all kinds of potential for disaster. Remember Indiana Jones? Yeah.

Indiana Jones IV was better than Temple of Doom.

It now has curves. You can't go wrong with curves.

I'm going to be very surprised if Tron Legacy even manages to be the second-worst Tron movie.

Really, the original wasn't even that great of a movie. Cult classic for novelty factor.

Isn't a second-worst Tron movie the same as first-best (when this gets released)? Or am I missing some Tron movies?

Saw this trailer a few times already, it looks pretty damn good. Hope they make a movie of it like this, looks like it could be a classic :D
