'Ghost' Structures

<div class="IPBDescription">Making structure deployment easier.</div>A problem marine commanders often face while trying to deploy a structure is that there is a marine in the way. They must tell that marine to move, or wait for him to move out of the way before the commander can deploy the structure.

Solutions:
-Allow marines to see where the commander is about to place a structure by giving them the ability to see the 'ghost' of the structure the commander is trying to place.
-Allow the commander to drop a 'ghost' structure on the marine himself, but will not 'phase in' until the marine moves away from the 'ghost' structure.
-The marine commander can cancel the ghost structure prematurely if he decides not to have it 'phase in'.

I'm not sure if this would work for the aliens, since the structure deployments are in first-person, and in NS1, selling chambers required a plug-in.
