Anti splash/nag screen application

For games + more
On another forum I frequent, someone is putting together a program which will automatically block intro movies/splash screes/etc from various games.

It's a work in progress, so it only has a few games supported at the moment, but it still has the potential to be a great time and patience saver.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnag/ for a direct link to the app.

Basically (as explained in the forum link), the more people who offer up definitions, the better the app will get, so if you like the idea feel free to use it and/or contribute.

Hopefully some people might be interested or find it useful.

"We made this game!"
"Yes, get on with it."
"These guys helped!"
"That's great."
"These guys publish for us!"
"Still waiting."
"These guys paid us to endorse their line of graphics cards!"
"Hurry it up, will you?"
"We also used technology from these guys, these guys and these guys!"
"Are we done yet?"
"Sure, here's the menu!"
"I'd like to change the screen resolution."
"That requires you to restart the game!"
"Uh oh..."
"We made this game!"

I always just delete the videos after the first time, for games that don't let me skip them (most do).

I create another folder and put the videos in there, just in case the game asplodes in their absence.

I just append .bup (for backup) to them.

Let me rephrase that; I just add .bak to the filename.

Isn't this basically just bloatware/unnecessary application? As the other guys said, move the video files or if it's steam just add the command line.

Mmm, click and dragging is so much more simple than appending file names.
