Hi, I have a laptop (ThinkPad x61s) and I would like to play, but the framrate becomes poor when flares are showing (from drops and teleporters for example) is there any way to disable these more demanding graphical bells and whistles with a command or startup property?

    Hmm, I didn't notice any improvement. It's kinda strange the FPS goes from 60 to begin with to between 20 and 5 when there is action going on which makes the game more or less unplayable... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
