Problem with paying via Visa

Since I didnt have (and still not have ) a paypal acc I bought Ns2 via Visa. I received the e-mail with the sum right after the order ( from paypal). But I didnt get any Ns2 keys.
So here is my question: Does it take like 1 month until the money transaction is done ? (ordering from Europe). And will I receive my keys afterwards?
Anyone got any idea??

    Like Skydancer said, I would wait for now - give it about a day. If you still haven't received anything (and you're absolutely certain your spam filter didn't eat the e-mail), you should probably email Charlie at <a href="mailto:charlie@unknownworlds.com">charlie@unknownworlds.com</a>

    ok I should add that I m waiting for the key since 6 days. Will the key be delivered as soon the money transaction is finished or right after the order? :/
