Black Hud

Ok i have searched the formus and i cant find the fix for my problem. i have a black hud on commander screen. map and such i can see but icons ect. nothing. i can take pic if needed, also both mouses for alien and human are black also, this may be part of this. plz tell me how to fix this cause i cant play commander because its like this and it gets pretty iratating
