Hi guys,
I would like to pre-order a copy of NS2, but I don't (and probably never will) have a credit card. Would you accept payment in cash via post? I pay for things using standard post quite often to countries all around the globe without a problem, however I assume the risk for lost/missing mail.

Depending on where you live there are different ones. In the US most just charge you about $5.
