Buttons!
I know there is keyboard shortcuts, but I don't feel the need to memorize them. Having to click once to drop down the Debug menu and again on the option seems like one click too many. For Start, Step Into, Step Over, Stop, Continue and maybe Toggle Breakpoint should all have a easy to get to button in a toolbar at the top. This would make debugging that much more enjoyable.
