Ok, here it is I translated the whole titles.txt in german.
<a href='http://www.planethalflife.com/ttj/titles_ger.txt' target='_blank'>right click --> save target as...</a>
The next ns release will feature a official translation (not made by me) but until then you can use this one <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
Just copy it into your ns directory and rename it to titles.txt
btw I translated absolutely everything so all the items structures are translated, too.
Now, I should do what I normally do making maps <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
