<div class="IPBDescription">it always freeze at the start</div>I use console panel and trype "playdemo xxx.dem" and when it start it's just freeze in next second,
Some one tell me to set resolution to 1024x768 but it's still freeze. any help ?

A "normal demo" does not provide this features. It only captures what the person who took it saw.
IIRC hltv could record demos from any players POV.

you can setup a hltv server and play the player demo, and then connect to the hltv server and u'll be able to spectate anyone in the game i believe.
