RECOGNIZE NS players

I am magagement of a mid-size ISP in the US, and am corresponding with you with the intent of the betterment of the Natural Selection Mod of Half Life.
I, myself, have played NS fluently since the inception of NS BETA 1.0, and I am here to portray the sportsmanship of a couple players within the NS community.
Since I have played NS from the original NS beta 1.0, more then a couple of years now... I feel the need to recognize two players that have portrayed consistant sportsmanship throughout the existance of NS.
Two players... "MARINE DUDE" and "K3VIN" have frequented the most popular NS servers... including GFB2S and BAD servers... and have been been the ONLY recognizable names that I have come to endear with the NS Mod of HL within the online community.
Both players have endeared sportmanship to the NS gaming community... These two are the very few that will ALWAYS join the "seemingly undermatched" team regardless of the icon stack.. and will always have a positive outlook on the current match... regardless of the "team stack".
After playing NS consistently from it's conception Beta 1.0, I ask you, the public, to recognize these two individuals who have contributed to the Natural Selection Community, who have ALWAYS sacrificed better kills:death ratio for the betterment of the team that they happen to be on, even if only for the positive influence they have had on the losing team.
I believe that these two players, K3vin and MARINE DUDE, have become the example to which all other NS Players strive to be: Always for the betterment of the team regardless of match status.
Over the past few years, I have had the privelage of playing with these two individuals... and match after match after match... they are the only two online players that, I believe, have come to represent NS Sportsmanship ,in my mind at least, the most.
Please take a moment to recognize the sportsmanship and fairness that these two NS players have portrayed over the years, for they, and players such as them, are assuring the future of FPS online Gaming, and what I believe is the future of NS.
MARINE DUDE and K3VIN, I commend you on your neverending quest to avoid the "team-stack" in the most popular of NS servers, even when it means the demise of your positive Kill:death ratio... simply because you still stick to your sense of sportsmanship, and make the NS game more enjoyable to everyone.
I apologize if I have missed other NS Players who have contributed in such a manner and that I have not mentioned, but these two players have BY FAR earned my respect and admiration.

The interactions between regular NS players are the funniest and some of the most memorable moments in the game. There are so many examples... Ronald_McFondle is another infamous in-game voice I could never forget that others may know of.
am I a bad person for remembering your reference?
MARINE DUDE is a pleasure to play with and helped me get back into normal NS.
Congrats to MARINE DUDE on the recognition of being an awsome player.

Then of course I started to solo their life forms and got labeled as "arrogant" and "elitist". Good times to be had for all!
Sorry if I'm not listing all names, it's just so many people... and many that few people here would remember. So many epic games, spectacular defeats, crushing blitzes, inevitable sieges, life discussions (usu. over voice) in the ready room, hilarious moments, and annoying poor players (cheaters, grievers, whinners, and the sort). Too many characters (both good and bad) and to many stories to spend time typing it all up. I don't know if I can give proper praise to all of the good and interesting characters of the past years in this community. (I was playing the game long before ever joining the forums)
For example, I would be honestly surprised if anybody remembers this "screenshot break" from a five hour game in NS v2.01, April 2004:

The others in the same game I remember (more that I can't remember) who's names you can't see there are ZDXNet (my artillery backup) and Rushakra (really annoying lerk who had by far the most kills by this point in the game). I'm not sure who the gorges were, but I do remember the overall flow of that game:
Marine Start got rushed early on while myself and most (if not all) of the team were out grabbing resources, yet because we had the majority of resources we relocated to refinery. There was a long, back-and-forth battle for the tram tunnel which we marines eventually lost due to lerk gas "suppressing fire" and a coordinated flanking maneuver by the alien offense from behind. That should have been game except that Jomil had ninja-ed into their unguarded new refinery hive. All of the marines worked together to quietly to rebuild a base in their hive. What ensured afterwards was a rapid take down of the hive followed by hours of fighting tooth-and-nail for survival with excellent teamwork on both sides. I set up a well placed defense that completely shut down the alien offense. This went on for several hours. In fact we all decided to take a 10 minute break in the middle (I doubt that such sportsman-like honor exists in NS anymore in a public server, sadly) and that when the above screenshots were taken. When we resumed the marines where nearly consumed by the following massive charge, yet my artillery line (3-4 GLer's firing staggered for suppression or in unison for power) did enough damage that all the onii died in the assault. Yet by loosing the AA it looked like we were lost, but somehow we got one JP outside the hive and he managed somehow to start setting up siege in refinery. I think the aliens must have lost a player because the evenly matched game eventually ended with a double siege (both refinery and feedwater at the same time). Yet because the game had been so evenly matched and was wrapped up quickly once the marines started sieging everybody was happy about having played a game most of us were calling "absolutely epic". And then the server was empty. (because we all were hungry and exhausted! lol!)
