Am I odd for loving to listen to the NS2 Podcasts?
I want to hear more about smoothies, why there's always helicopters in the distant background noise, Jason comming to the USA (esp. during hard economic times), how it's going with the roommate situation, etc.
I'm finding the insight into the lives of game developers in a new little company as equally interesting as the insight into the game's (and company's) growth process. Maybe that's just me but I find it odd, because I usually don't care for reality TV <i>at all</i> or even the youtube people broadcasting their lives.

I wish that they had more text updates too because I've been trying and failing to catch up with the podcasts.
(And I want to know everything about NS2)
However, the rest, which are <strike>little annoying freeks</strike> not satisfied, probably think that all the game developers need to do is to make games. Like a different race that doesn't have to sleep, eat, poo, make money, look for an office, care about bookkeeping and their biggest hobby (apart from making games) is to read through every forum spam, which they then print-out and use as a temporary teddy bear.
Yes, but that's only because I despise the things. Why? They bore me, take time away from developers and I can't stand to listen to someone ramble on about how they're doing something in a game, I'd rather see it end product; no matter how brilliant with out video the whole thing bores me.
I demand a video-podcast!
Yea, but some people write stuff as if they were not asking or advising the devs but ordering them to do things.
Or topic like "n3W W3apoonzZz plZ!" arise, where people just throw their "ideas" concerning chainsaws and half-naked boob-fighting marines and never come back to the forums (thank god). I believe it would be much better if devs had a network of forum-searchers (some of the 3K+ posts people) to send them a link every time there is something good to read.
And once again, many of those people probably listen to the podcasts.
I would guess the opposite. Especially since they'll often post things that were just in the podcast as new ideas, or post something completely contradictory again as if it's a new idea.
I think most of us can understand that you all are busy, just not the magnitude of it. Actually, maybe the sleep deprivation inherent with creating a new game as a new company could be a topic for the next podcast?
