Marine additions

<div class="IPBDescription">pick small personal upgrades</div>Before even joining any server there can be options to customize your marine. Have your marine have slightly stronger armor but will make him a little slower or the other way. Have bigger gun clip sizes for your favorite gun or an ability to reload it faster. Im talken MINOR changes. Where they can pick to have maybe 3 additions. Examples pick +10% armor points/+2 bullets to shotty clip.

at start the Marines armor is 30, so having 33 would only be a small amount.

There are more minor ideas out there and I would love to hear yours. I've just always been a fan of customizing things more. Visualy if a chacacter had like more armor he would then always spawn with a few more armor patchs on his body or less if he wanted to be faster runner.

    +3 armor has big effect on early game and so does +2 shots in a sg. I don't think its worth the balancing it would take. I'd rather just try to encourage various play styles by making making the tech tree a bit more open and balanced and keeping the marine movement somewhat creative.

    Sometimes I'd be nice to recognize marines ingame via some minor custom features, since its easier to co-operate if you know who you're working with.

    Sounds like the Empires Mod upgrade system, which for the most part works really well.
