Spiderweb International : who knows them ?

<div class="IPBDescription">London based company, not the one in USA</div>I am following a game news for a few months now and one of the biggest news that came out was today about this London base company named Spiderweb International. I have never heard about them. This is not the same Spiderweb game company in the USA.

Does anyone know who the heck is this company and what they do ?
What have they released so far ?
How long have they existed ?
Is it really a game company or just a front for a bigger game company ?

It is related to the Ryzom MMO bankruptcy healines. Apparently Spiderweb International made an offer to buy the game company.

There are rumours going on sayign it is a front for a another game company but no one knows ...

The news come from the <a href="http://www.virtualcitizenship.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=566" target="_blank">personnal site</a> of the development team of Ryzom.

I love this game ! I tried EQ2, WOW and LOTR but they did not satisfied me as much as how Ryzom does. So I follow the news about the revival of this game.

Mentions say he was involved in MMO games in the past. There is another man with that name so searching for accurate infos might be confusing.
