<div class="IPBDescription">Can we get an update</div>A while back J! posted that he was working on the new COM system in ideas and suggestions. Can we please get an update on this? His possible model for the COM system, plus anything else he wants us to debate/argue more about I always found COMing fun but there are certain interface issues that bug me plus the difficulty in herding some new players who will not listen. So this sounds like a great chance to fix those issues.
Personally I would like it to be customisable as possible for every player (for big games when there is a lot going on) plus smart logic for allowing more marine friendly for the 2v2 games that often happen when your waiting for players to join the server (e.g. allowing you to drop a TF, click on the upgrade buttons and turrets all at once so you don't have to jump in and out of the chair but only when you have <3 players).
