When loading, display how much time you've spent on the map. It would also be pretty cool to display how much time you've spent as each class in the game (Have you spent 10 hours in a heavy? 15 hours as a lerk?) etc.
Also TF2 shows the steam community's avatar while in-game. This would be cool in NS2 with a twists; tie it in with the forums instead! Display your forum avatar on the scoreboard, instead of your steam community one.
