<div class="IPBDescription">what the...?</div> Um...could a mod please explain <i>why</i> they locked my "looking for a clan" thread?
A simple reply saying where I was in violation BEFORE closing it would suffice. A person isnt allowed to post in the clan forum if they are looking (wich I am not) and if It got locked based only off the title, that is completely rediculous!

Anyway, I want to know why ASAP. Because unless there are some hidden rules there is absolutely no reason that post should be closed.

    Well, first off, I am not asking to be recruited, if someone closed it only because they read the title and jumped to conclusions that isnt my fault. here are misleading titles all over these forums. Secondly, it takes only slightly longre to move a thread than to close it.

    I think the answer is fairly basic.. now I hope this won't be much of a shock but, they are moderators, it doesn't really matter, they can close any thread they damn well feel like, whether it is against rules or not.

    i think he knows your not looking to be recruited, hes saying you were trying to recruit other people.

    i really dont care if mods remove threads like yours and not take the time to move them because they can do whatever the hell they like. they have no obligations to inform you of your stupidity.

    I for one am for a strictly modded board.

    Yes some of the topics here are misleading but they generally have to do with this aspect of the forum whereas there EXISTS a clan forum which the post should have been put in the first place.

    Try your luck there.
    If your thread is locked the mod probably had a good reason and is stated in the board rules.
